We believe in meeting people where they are, respecting who they are, and whoever they love, to help them with the issues they face in their individual and family lives. We are accepting and non-judgmental, regardless of race, religion, culture, lifestyle choices, or sexual preference. All are welcome.

We respect your privacy and right to treatment, and agree not to disclose any information about you without your permission, except as is necessary to bill your insurance for our payment.

The only exception to that non-disclosure policy is in cases where there is direct evidence (not hearsay) or threats involving child abuse and neglect, self-harm, or threats of or plans to inflict actual harm to others. As a state-licensed mandated reporter, I am legally required to report this. This also extends to any court-ordered disclosure. Except in those circumstances, your sessions with us are completely confidential.

If you would like us to communicate with others on your behalf, we will need you to sign a release of information form when you'd like us to discuss your case with others. We'll need this from you so that you can authorize the release of information to any medical professionals (such as doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and PAs) involved with your care, any legal representatives, or any family members. You have the right to designate who we speak to, when we can do so, how we communicate with them, and for whatever duration of time you desire. You can revoke this permission at any time by notifying us in writing that you wish to do so.
